Processing fees, verification charges, convenience fees, or platform charges paid during application processing are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Customers may request cancellation of a financing application before final approval and disbursal, subject to internal verification and processing status.
Once financing has been approved and disbursed, cancellation requests may not be accepted except where permitted under applicable laws or company policies.
In case of excess repayment or duplicate transaction, eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed after verification of transaction details.
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 7–15 working days to reflect depending upon banking channels, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
If any payment transaction fails but the amount is debited from the customer account, the matter should be reported immediately for reconciliation and resolution.
